Who we are and what drives us
TrustCulture was founded in 2020 with a clear purpose: to create workplaces where psychological safety and sustainable performance are not competing goals—but two sides of the same coin. We began by managing professional whistleblower systems, answering the rising need for ethical accountability and proper handling of MeToo-related cases—a need that surged globally in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
Over time, we grew into a multidisciplinary team of specialists — each driven by one simple insight.
Performance doesn't come from pushing through stress and disconnection. It comes when people feel psychologically safe, recognized for their contributions, and supported in both their growth and well-being.
In June 2023, we became a ApS, signaling a new chapter in our mission. Our focus sharpened, to help companies move beyond symptom management and build the kind of culture that research consistently links to higher productivity, retention, and innovation.
We know from data that:
-
75% of employees experience symptoms of burnout at some point in their careers.
-
Only 23% of employees globally are engaged at work, and lack of well-being is a key driver.
-
Companies with high psychological safety are more likely to outperform their peers financially.
So we designed tools that go beyond traditional health initiatives. Our solutions are evidence-informed and field-tested, not based on trends, but on what actually changes behavior:
- We don't sell feel-good perks. We build capacity. Because the data is clear: healthier people build better companies.
We support our costumers in unlocking their greatest potential.

Culture is what connects us
When we operate from a shared culture, we're not just colleagues—we're part of a unified community, where each person contributes to something bigger than themselves. It's this culture that connects us, strengthens collaboration, and enables us to achieve lasting success together.
At TrustCulture, we're committed to delivering solutions that not only create measurable value—but also build psychological safety and trust. Our approach is always rooted in a deep understanding of the people we serve. We show up with care, clarity, and full attention to detail—always respecting the unique context and needs of each organization we work with.
Our values are the foundation for everything we do
At TrustCulture, mental well-being and a healthy work environment aren't add-ons—they're at the core of everything we do. Our values aren't just words on a page; they guide how we work, how we collaborate, and how we deliver lasting results for our clients.
They ensure that every solution we offer is grounded in integrity, built on insight, and shaped with respect for the unique needs of each organization. Our values create the foundation for strong, trust-based partnerships—where the well-being of people and the success of the business are seen as one and the same.
They help us navigate complexity with clarity, stay focused on what truly matters, and hold ourselves to the highest standards—every single day.

Credibility
We build every relationship on trust and professionalism. Our solutions are grounded in the latest research and proven methods in workplace mental health and psychological well-being.
Our clients can count on us to work with purpose, transparency, and integrity at every stage of the collaboration. We do what we say we will—and we're committed to delivering measurable, long-term improvements that truly make a difference.

Empathy
We take the time to understand the unique needs and challenges of each organization we work with. Through genuine insight and curiosity, we co-create solutions that reflect the reality of the people they're meant to serve.
We meet both leaders and employees with openness and respect—recognizing the diverse perspectives that exist within every workplace. Our empathetic approach builds trust, fosters collaboration, and supports the foundation of a mentally healthy and sustainable work environment.

Prevention
We take a proactive approach to mental well-being—working to address challenges before they escalate into bigger issues. Through early intervention, insight, and guidance, we help our clients identify risk factors and implement solutions that prevent harm and strengthen culture.
We believe prevention isn't just about avoiding problems— it's a strategic investment in healthier workplaces, higher engagement, and improved performance across the organization.

Growth
We're committed to continuous growth—both for ourselves and for the organizations we support. Mental well-being is not static; it evolves alongside people, teams, and business needs.
That's why we design our solutions to be flexible and responsive, always aligned with the changing realities of the workplace. We continuously refine our methods to ensure we provide up-to-date, effective guidance that strengthens psychological well-being in both the short and long term.
The people who make it possible

I'm an occupational psychologist with broad experience, including 8 years in the Danish Armed Forces. I specialize in both crisis and workplace psychology and have extensive experience advising on whistleblower cases and complex ethical dilemmas.
A key value in my work is involving all levels of the organization to ensure lasting change. I believe the path to well-being and a sustainable work environment must be fair, respectful, and aligned with the organization's core values.
Lotte Eriksen
Occupational Psychologist

I believe in the power of well-designed spaces to support mental well-being and bring balance to daily life.
With a background in interior architecture, I design calm, functional environments that help people slow down and feel at ease—whether at home, in a retreat, or at work.
I'm especially drawn to workplace design, where the right setting can reduce stress, improve focus, and support mental health. To me, great design isn't just about how a space looks—it's about how it makes you feel.
Sofie Møller
Interior Architect

I guide yoga with a deep focus on presence, breath, and body awareness.
With roots in traditional yoga and a passion for mindful movement, I create a calm and inclusive space where everyone—regardless of experience—can reconnect with themselves. My approach is gentle yet grounding, helping participants find balance both on and off the mat.
I believe yoga is not about perfection, but about showing up, listening inward, and creating space for healing and clarity in everyday life.
Lorena Galindo
Yoga Instructor

I'm passionate about work that truly makes a difference.
With multiple certifications in stress, breathwork, the nervous system, and yoga, I take a holistic, preventative approach. Stress is a growing challenge in modern life, and once the line to overload is crossed, recovery can be long.
I'm dedicated to helping companies build healthy work environments. I believe we all share responsibility for creating balance and well-being at work.
To me, it's essential to see people as whole beings—where both physical and mental health are key to thriving.
